The objective was to create a website that captures the energy of surfing and its culture. It’s designed to appeal to a young audience interested in the sport — generally 18 to 35 — adventure-driven people who live near the coast.
The design strategy was to echo the movement of waves through imagery, while using extra-large type to present content in an unconventional, dynamic, and eye-catching way.
The result? A site that moves — bold, high-energy, and impactful, just like surfing itself. The design challenges web boundaries and breaks conventions.
